Dalam merombak Mio, Yanuar tak ingin memundurkan sumbu roda bergaya low rider. Sentuhan dilakukan pada kedua roda yang memakai pelek 17 dibalut ban kecil agar tidak bergesekan dengan boks filter.

Kelar roda, memilih variasi pendukung yang mengoptimalkan produk bolt-on. Prinsip boleh ramai asal harmonisasi tetap terjaga. Seperti disc brake belakang sengaja dipilih warna-warni. Begitu juga dengnan selang rem, bahkan pulley juga diberi aneka warna spesial karena cover CVT dipakai yang berlubang.

Untuk mengubah dari standar ke model tunggal, sang modifikator menggunakan bahan besi yang pas sebagai pegangan dan dudukan peredam kejut. Untuk suspensi depan, kata Subagyo, ia menggunakan pipa setebal 5 mm dan lebar 50 mm.

Desain diakuinya mengikuti skuter Italia. Supaya terlihat rapi, pelat besi dibungkus pelat baru lagi, kemudian didempul dan dicat rapi. Sementara itu, peredam kejut belakang berubah, tidak di pinggir, tapi bergeser ke tengah dan memakai punya Suzuki RG-R.
